We equip entrepreneurs with tools to build their business, help companies train their teams and run work readiness programmes for young people. Our programmes combine online and mobile tools with in-person workshops and on-the-job practice and support. We’ve directly trained over 27,000 people in 15 countries through more than 80 programmes across Africa through clients and partners like the MasterCard Foundation, KLM, Unga, Shell Foundation and more. We have offices in Nairobi, Kigali, and Johannesburg.

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team. S/he must be a driven self-starter; a tech-savvy professional with fantastic people and communication skills, they must also have great project management skills as well as the ability to perceive customer needs and persuasively offer the appropriate solutions.

The successful candidate will focus on building and managing AMI’s portfolio of entrepreneurs (B2C). This will include both businesses as well as partner organisations (intermediaries such as business associations, accelerators, and incubators).
