Learner Success Associate, Francophone West Africa

AMI is looking for an ambitious and talented Learner Success Associate to support in the implementation of cutting-edge blended and virtual learning programmes as the face of AMI to our clients. This is a chance for a driven, organized, tech-savvy professional with good people and project-managing skills, and the ability to analyse an organisation and understand its learning and development needs.

The Learner Success Associate is responsible for managing core learner relationships for ongoing programmes, delivering engaging learning programs end-to-end, reviewing core learning outcomes and metrics and facilitating select client in-person or virtual learning sessions.
