We equip entrepreneurs with tools to build their business, help companies train their teams, and run work readiness programmes for young people. Our programmes combine online and mobile tools with in-person workshops and on-the-job practice and support.

AMI is expanding rapidly. We have raised investment, opened offices in Nairobi, Johannesburg and Kigali, and trained over 27,000 people in 30+ African countries through clients and partners like the MasterCard Foundation, KLM, Unga, Shell Foundation, and more.

AMI is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join a team that secures and manages our most critical relationships. This is a chance for an outstanding entrepreneurial leader to be part of Africa’s transformation, and to help shape, build and scale one its most innovative social businesses.

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Partnerships as part of a senior team working closely with the CEO to secure new strategic partnerships that expand our work with SMEs, entrepreneurs, and youth across Africa. AMI is already working with some of the leading funders and stakeholders in the skills and enterprise space, such as The MasterCard Foundation, Argidius Foundation, as well as leading DFIs, and is looking for a manager to identify new opportunities for AMI to grow and increase our impact. This individual will take responsibility for pioneering new, high priority partnerships at leading global development funders, corporate foundations and private foundation.

They will be based in/ willing to move to Africa, with preference for Nairobi, but other locations considered.
