Senior Learning Designer Workplace and Leadership

AMI is looking for a Senior Learning Designer who will lead a team of learning designers and work within the Workplace Learning Product Team, working closely with the partnership and client teams as well as learner success teams to build programmes that work for our growing group of African and global clients. You will be a key player in a dynamic, international team focused obsessively on results.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in management and leadership blended, virtual, and face-to-face learning and training design as well as managing others.

As a Learning/Instructional Designer, you’ll need to be able to thrive and succeed in a very collaborative, fast-paced environment with competing priorities. You’ll also need to have experience (and enjoy!) managing a team of learning and content designers.
