AMI is looking for an experienced Specialist Instructional/Learning Designer for our programmes in Agriculture and Public Sector Management to join the Learning Team and work closely with the Partnerships teams to build programmes that work for our growing group of African and global clients. You will be a key player in a dynamic, international team focused obsessively on results. At AMI, we work hard, innovate constantly and have fun. We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in Agro-Ecology and/or Public Sector Leadership learning and training design.

The Specialist Instructional/Learning Designer will focus on Management and Leadership development primarily within the Public Sector and Agriculture sectors providing consultation within the broader learning team, taking design initiative on all aspects of programme, workshop and content development.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Learning as part of a dynamic international team and will be based in – or willing to move to – Nairobi. For exceptional candidates, other African locations may be considered.
