Temitope Oyadele – Senior Human Resources Partner for Nestle Nigeria PLC

Temitope Oyadele is a Career Strategist, Talent Manager, Competency Developer & Performance Coach. Her flair for Talent Management is second-to-none, especially at proactively sourcing and putting effective strategy in place to retain talents longer within an organization. Her strong bias for excellence in implementing HR best policies to achieve business growth and efficiency has earned her a professional reputation within the HR space. Her People Management experience which cuts across Consulting, Retail Services and FMCG sectors is rich in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Capability Development, Competency Framework, Business Partnering, Employee Engagement and Youth Development, among many others. She is an associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), she holds certifications as a Global Professional in HR (GPHR), Senior Professional in HR (SPHRi), Certified Performance & Competency Developer (CPCD) and Certified HR Business Partner (CHRBP) with the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), USA.

Adeshola Aliogo; Head of People Operations at Vendease Africa and Founder of Naija Job Hub

With over ten years of diversified experience in the FMCG, Logistics, and Management Consulting sectors, Adeshola holds practical knowledge and experience in talent management, talent acquisition, HR transaction services, performance management, and learning and development. She has also worked on a number of projects aimed at increasing employee engagement and improving HR service delivery.

Tunji Andrews – Founder & CEO of Awabah Nigeria

Tunji is the Co-Founder and CEO at Awabah; a digital pension platform for self-employed Africans, He is an Economist, a Financial Inclusion Advocate and Creative Entrepreneur. He has spent years in research, financial literacy and advancing financial inclusion to the informal sector. He has also worked as a consultant across local and international organizations (Private and governmental) as an expert in areas of statistics, research and financial inclusion. His current and future activities are towards actively advancing financial inclusion in Nigeria and Africa.

Taiwo Judah-Ajayi – People Growth Advisor at Dot

TJ is currently a People Growth Executive at Dot. Dot is a financial inclusion driven fintech in Africa. She thrives on supporting tech startups in their scale up journey. Prior to Dot, she was the Chief People Officer at Moove, a Fintech powering mobility entrepreneurs globally. She led the HR team as the company expanded from it’s first location in Nigeria to Ghana, Kenya, South-Africa, Uganda, UAE, India, Egypt and the UK. She has about two decades of experience and has held positions in several organizations such as: Chief People Officer at Gokada, Senior Director of People at Andela, Group Head, Human Resources at Minaj Group,  Head, Shared Services and HR Lead at House of Freedom, Head, Business & HR Advisory at Capital Partners Ltd and Consultant at Accenture. She is also a University of Lagos Scholarship Award winner.
