Both Sides is a quarterly, hybrid event that brings together seasoned professionals to debate topical workplace issues. The debates are engaging and interactive events, providing useful insights that contribute to workplace learning.
The events also create a platform where professionals can network, share and learn from one another. Event participants are drawn from diverse industries and thus bring different perspectives and knowledge.
After nearly two years, governments have begun lifting country-wide restrictions allowing for the free movement of people. Although this is great for economies, majority of people have grown accustomed to the flexible routine offered by the remote-working policy.
Organisations are faced with a challenge: Should they have all their members of staff return to working from the office or should they continue to provide the flexibility of remote working?
Sign up as a participant of the debate to listen and share your thoughts on this topical issue while networking with other professionals.
The event will be hosted in-person at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Nairobi, and also virtually on Thursday 9th December 2021 from 6.30 p.m -8 p.m. EAT. Registration to attend either in-person or virtually is required.
In line with COVID protocols and for the safety of the participants, tickets for in-person attendance are limited to 30 participants and cost Kes. 1,000 each. Seat reservation is upon payment.
