Register

#AfricaThriveLive is a monthly AMI Thrive Community event where we host candid conversations with entrepreneurs and business owners from across Africa live on our AMI social media pages FacebookLinkedin, and Youtube.

These conversations are aimed at fostering peer learning amongst entrepreneurs. At AMI we believe the best solutions to our businesses lie within us and that is why together during #AfricaThriveLive we come together to discover, discuss, solve challenges and take advantage of opportunities that our businesses are facing.

This month, we will host a special Fireside Chat with Theo Baloyi the Founder of Bathu Shoes, a proudly South African sneaker brand. Theo is on a mission to build a shoe brand that Africans can proudly affiliate with; reignite hope for the African people and create sustainable jobs. Currently, 12 Bathu Shoes retail outlets exist with a strong online presence.

Theo will share about his journey in business, lessons he has learned, how he is navigating this season as well as planning for the future.

Join the broadcast live on our AMI Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube pages this coming  Thursday 19th November at 8 p.m. EAT / 7 p.m. South and Central / 6 p.m. West Africa / 5 p.m. GMT.

This conversation will be hosted by Naomi Kirungu AMI (Kenya) and Irene Okoye, AMI (South Africa).

Sign up to get a reminder and join us live as we discuss strategies for surviving and thriving in these unprecedented times and explore ideas from other entrepreneurs across Africa.
