Empowering Managers, implemented by AMI, is a prorgramme of the “Off-Grid Talent Initiative” which aims to support the talent needs of off-grid energy enterprises across Africa, whilst empowering local talent to pursue careers in the energy access sector.
The Off-Grid Talent Initiative is a programme run in partnership with AMI, Shortlist, FCDO and the Carbon Trust and was funded with UK aid from the UK government. Discounted pricing is available, and additional discounts extended to female participants.
