About this programme
Boost the leadership of supervisors and managers in the hospitality and tourism sector through a 6-month management development programme. This programme is currently being rolled out to thousands of young managers in Rwanda with support from the Mastercard Foundation and in partnership with leading companies, including the Radisson Group. It can be adapted for companies in different markets, or with different partners.
This highly practical programme empowers team leaders with effective tools in key areas like supervision, project management, and team building, as well as customer care and other sector-specific topics.
