Requiring too much compliance can damage business
We should spend at least as much time encouraging excellence and innovation as requiring compliance.
Spreading kindness makes better companies
Kindness is contagious and has the potential to make the world a better place. Showing kindness does well for both the giver and the recipient. An act of kindness can make someone's day and help improve both your mental and physical health.
Maintaining infrastructure should be higher on the agenda
Infrastructure maintenance helps us invest in the future rather than cleaning up the past. Failure to maintain our infrastructure leads to degradation of the infrastructure, which affects our economy and leads to high cost of reconstruction over time.
