This highly practical programme empowers team leaders with effective tools in key areas like supervision, project management, and team building, as well as strategies to address sector-specific challenges and manage geographically dispersed teams.

Empowering Managers through the Energy Access Talent Initiative (EATI)
An initiative of UK aid’s Transforming Energy Access (TEA). AMI is currently enrolling managers for the Empowering Managers Programme as part of the Energy Access Talent Initiative (EATI). This project is funded with UK aid from the British people via the Transforming Energy Access programme.
